These terms are the agreement between you and us for playing Wobblegg. We have tried to keep them short and in plain language. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
1. Who we are and accepting these terms
Wobblegg ("the game") and this website are provided by:
Marcin Lucko, an individual developer based in Poland.
Contact: support [at] wobblegg [dot] com
By downloading or playing the game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is not part of this contract, but you should read it too.
2. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and should approve any purchase. Purchases are also subject to the parental controls of your device and app store.
3. Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its characters, art, music, sounds, code and the Wobblegg name remain ours or our licensors'. You may not:
- copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game or parts of it;
- decompile, reverse engineer or modify the game, except where the law expressly allows it;
- use cheats, bots, scripts, modified clients or any automation, or tamper with the communication between the game and our server;
- exploit bugs on purpose, or attack, overload or try to get unauthorised access to our services;
- use the game in any way that breaks the law or harms other players.
You may share screenshots and videos of your own gameplay, including on streaming and video platforms, as long as you do not suggest that we endorse you.
4. Your account
The game creates a guest account for you automatically; you do not need to give us your name or email. The account is tied to your device. To keep your progress when you change or reset your device, sign in with Game Center (Settings → SIGN IN WITH GAME CENTER); without it a guest save cannot be moved. Please keep your device secure: whoever has it can play on your account.
We may suspend or close an account, or reset its progress, if it seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, for example by cheating or abusing other players. Where it is reasonable we will warn you first, and you can always contact us if you think we made a mistake.
5. Coins, heroes and other virtual items
Coins, heroes, capsules, mission rewards and other in-game items are part of the game. You earn them by playing; they are a limited licence to use content inside the game, not property. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and cannot be sold or transferred to another account. Coins cannot currently be bought with real money.
To keep the game fair and fun we may change how items work, rebalance prices and rewards, or correct balances caused by errors or cheating. We will not take away a paid feature you bought (see the next section) because of such a change. Virtual items disappear when your account is deleted.
6. Purchases
The game is free to play. It offers optional one-off purchases, currently Remove Ads (no ads between runs) and Coin Doubler (double coins from your runs). Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
- Purchases are sold and processed by Apple's App Store (and by Google Play once the Android version is released). Payment, billing, receipts and refunds are handled by the store under its own terms; we never see your payment details. Refund requests go to the store, for example via reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Purchases belong to your store account. Use RESTORE PURCHASES in the in-game store to get them back on a new device, after a reinstall or after deleting your data.
- Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK consumers). You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online. For digital content that is delivered immediately, such as these purchases, you agree when buying that delivery starts straight away and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal once the content has been delivered. This does not affect your rights if a purchase does not work as described.
- If a purchase does not work, did not arrive or does not match its description, you have the rights the law gives you for faulty digital content. Contact the store or us at support [at] wobblegg [dot] com and we will help.
7. Ads
The game is funded by ads from Google AdMob. Some ads are shown between runs; rewarded ads are only shown when you choose to watch one for an in-game bonus. How ads use your data, and how to change your consent, is explained in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they lead to, but please tell us if you see an ad that seems inappropriate.
8. Playing with others
Your nickname, hero and scores are shown to other players on leaderboards, and you can add friends with a friend code. Be kind. Your nickname must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate someone else or include personal data such as phone numbers. You can block other players at any time. We may change or remove a nickname that breaks these rules without notice.
9. Leaderboards and fair play
Every run is checked by our server before it counts. We may refuse, remove or reset scores, rankings and rewards that come from cheating, bugs, automation or tampering, and take the steps described in section 4. Leaderboards are for fun; they do not come with prizes unless we announce otherwise with separate rules.
10. Third-party services
The game relies on services run by others, including Apple (App Store, Game Center), Google (AdMob, and Google Play once available) and Cloudflare. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for services we do not control, but we will help where we can.
Apple. If you got the game from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for handling any claims about it (including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims); those are ours to handle as required by law. If the game fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Availability and changes to the game
We work hard to keep the game running, but online features need our servers and the internet, and they may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. Some features also work in an offline mode with progress kept only on your device. We regularly update the game: we may add, change or remove features and content to improve it, fix problems or comply with the law, while keeping what you paid for working as described.
If we ever decide to shut down the game's online services, we will announce it in the game or on this website at least 30 days in advance.
12. Ending this agreement and deleting your data
You can stop playing at any time. To delete your account and everything in it, open Settings → DELETE MY DATA and type DELETE, or email us. Deleting your account ends this agreement for that account; purchases stay with your store account and can be restored on a new save. We may end this agreement for an account as described in section 4, or when the online services shut down as described in section 11. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example 3, 13 and 14) survive the end of the agreement.
13. Our responsibility to you
The game is provided for entertainment. We provide it with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise it will always be free of bugs or interruptions. If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you have legal rights when digital content or services are faulty, and nothing in these terms limits them.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for problems caused by your device, your internet connection or third-party services we do not control, or for losses caused by you breaking these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where that would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country, and you may bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live or in Poland.
If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support [at] wobblegg [dot] com; most problems can be solved quickly. Consumers can also turn to an out-of-court dispute resolution body or a consumer organisation in their country (in Poland, for example, a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or the Trade Inspection). The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was closed in July 2025, so we do not link to it. We are not obliged to take part in alternative dispute resolution, but we will consider any such request in good faith.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the game gets new features or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects you, we will tell you in the game or on this website before it takes effect. If you do not agree with the new terms you can stop playing and delete your account; continuing to play after the change takes effect means you accept them.
